Cancellation Policy

Class Waiver & Release of Liability By participating in any class, session, or movement-based event offered or hosted by CM Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Voluntary Participation I understand that participation in classes is voluntary and involves physical activity. I confirm that I am in good health or have consulted a physician before engaging in such activities. 2. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that any physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, or physical discomfort. I participate entirely at my own risk. 3. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Choice Members LLC, its owners, staff, partners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the class or event, including use of any equipment or facilities. 4. No Responsibility for Personal Belongings Choice Members LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event. 5. Photographic Release I consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the session for promotional purposes, unless I notify the organizer in writing prior to the event. 6. Event Nature These events are for community engagement and wellness only. They are not medical or therapeutic sessions, nor do they replace professional health or medical advice. By attending the event, you agree to the terms above. Participation indicates your acceptance of this waiver.
