CM Club Space — a versatile photo studio and event space in one, perfect for creative shoots, private gatherings, and stylish events. While our photo studio currently doesn’t include equipment or backdrop setups, the open layout provides a beautiful blank canvas for your vision. Whether you’re planning a photoshoot, masterclass, workshop, birthday, anniversary, or bachelorette gathering, this space offers endless creative potential. Rates: • $100 per hour (minimum 2-hour booking) • After 2 hours, each additional hour is only $50 Located at 1602 Washington Ave, Miami Beach — where your next unforgettable moment can take shape. Waiver & Responsibility Agreement By booking and participating in an event or photoshoot at CM Club Space, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your guests. You acknowledge that CM Club Space is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during the use of the space. You are responsible for any damages caused to the space, furniture, or fixtures during your rental period. By submitting this form, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Voluntary Participation I understand that participation is voluntary. 2. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that any physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. I participate entirely at my own risk. 3. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Choice Members LLC, its owners, staff, partners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the class or event, including use of any equipment or facilities. 4. No Responsibility for Personal Belongings Choice Members LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event. 5. Photographic Release I consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the session for promotional purposes, unless I notify the organizer in writing prior to the event. 6. Event Nature These events are for community engagement. They are not medical or therapeutic sessions, nor do they replace professional health or medical advice. By attending the event, you agree to the terms above. Participation indicates your acceptance of this waiver.
