CM Club has opened a new designer boutique and art space in Miami Beach — blending fashion, art, and performance right in the heart of the city

Updated: 2 hours ago

Miami Beach, FL – September 9, 2025 — This summer’s launch marked the start of a new chapter for CM Club.

The space was created as a fashion boutique and art gallery, unveiled as a vibrant art space and cultural hub. Just a 3-minute walk from Lincoln Road, the venue quickly established itself as a gathering point for the city’s creative and business community.

CM Club is located at 1602 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139

The opening celebration set the tone with hosts Rick Sykes and Lea Rose, highlighted by fabulous opera performances from Teana and Sergey, with Lea also performing a few songs during the evening.

CM Club Gallery Launch Party: Juan Robelo showcased a series of symbolic, myth-inspired canvases.

That same night, a powerful dialogue unfolded as ChainBreaker, Juan Robelo, Sergey Gordienko, Alex Saks, Ignacio Aguilera, and Ksenia Devyatova brought their art to life, blurring the line between performance and exhibition.

ChainBreaker – The Breaker of Chains

ChainBreaker’s name comes from his fascination with chains — especially bike chains — both literal and symbolic. He uses them to create powerful sculptural pieces and even designs bracelets as part of his artistic concept. More than just a name, it reflects who he is: a breaker of chains in real life and metaphorically — challenging fear, breaking boundaries, and pushing beyond traditional ‘inside-the-box’ thinking.

He presented his work in a contemporary symbolic mixed-media style, using wax, chains, and gold elements to transform personal themes of love and conflict into sculptural statements.

His black-and-gold compositions, both fragile and resilient, represent the tension between struggle and transcendence.

What makes his journey remarkable is that it began in the most humble way — through an art class at CM Club led by Lana Blum, which first awakened his interest in becoming an artist. For years he worked on behalf of others, supporting and promoting artists, but never considered himself one. Only later did he realize that he, too, was an artist, with his own vision and voice to share.

That early spark evolved into a deeper exploration of how objects, textures, and colors could communicate hidden messages.

When he later became a resident artist at CM Club, ChainBreaker carried this vision into the space itself, bringing art that reflected both his personal journey.

For him, CM Club was never just a gallery or boutique — it was a community where artistic energy, personal stories, and shared creativity could come together.

Venessa Messora: Shaping CM Club’s Artistic Heartbeat

The event would not have been the same without Venessa Messora, who brought Juan Robelo’s art into the space, giving the evening a touch of surrealist spirit and creating a bridge between the artists and the audience.

Venessa Messora, founder of VENUST MESS and a curator known for her collaborations with leading artists such as Vladimir Kush, Juan Robelo, and others, brought her expertise to CM Club.

She introduced Alex Sax to the gallery. Alex Sax flew straight from Paris to perform live and showcase his artworks, filling the space with both music and visual art.

Alex Sax captivated the crowd not only with six visual works but also with a live saxophone performance. His interdisciplinary approach included: three pieces from his Drawing Ballet series, conceptual illustrations of ballerinas in motion, using waveform-inspired lines and “tensegrity” — structural tension integrated into visual music.

CM Club Evolution

After the opening, CM Club continued to discover and connect with new artists, further shaping its creative identity.

Art manager Komal, founder and CEO of Pop Med Spa, introduced Moschburg to the space, while Jim Schmidt and Ryan ‘That Chico’ joined the CM Club roster under the curation of Venessa Messora.

Winston Quinto also became an exhibiting artist, expanding the gallery’s lineup and enriching the space with fresh perspectives.

Fashion Show

During the event, a fashion show brought fashion and art together in one space.

The CM Club brand showcased a fashion show featuring multiple designers.

On the runway, collections by Tetiana Menzheres, Kyndol, Palms, Natasha, and others highlighted the spirit of collaboration, uniting art, fashion, and performance in a single experience.

Bringing together a mix of designers in one stunning runway, this show celebrates Miami’s endless summer with an all-beachwear lineup — from wild leopard prints to breezy tropical silhouettes. A

perfect blend of styles for sunlit days, poolside parties, and glamorous Miami nights.

What makes this evolution so special is that CM Club now creates and hosts its own events — fashion shows, exhibitions, performances. Beyond the art and fashion, CM Club has become a place where business leaders and creative minds can connect, exchange ideas, and build new opportunities together.

And with the CM Club app, members and guests can stay connected, access exclusive content, and share in the creative energy well beyond the physical space.
